| Other Commitments, Description | The agreement provided that the Company would pay $3,500 a month and an additional $60,000 upon the earlier of receipt of funding from an outside source or within 90 days. The $60,000 payment was made during the six months ended June 30, 2023 but the monthly amounts have not been paid. On June 1, 2022, the agreement was extended for another year. The new agreement increases the monthly fee to $4,500. The agreement was extended further on June 1, 2023 for another year. The monthly amounts remain unpaid by the Company to date. The amounts payable to Mr. Dab under this agreement include the fees payable to him as a director of the Company. |
